Beige cotton cargo pants by confusingly-named italian brand new york industrie, from the period (2000-2003 or so) when kostas murkudis designed for the label. They're made from a satisfying, medium-weight cotton, and have the details you'd expect: fairly voluminous cargo pockets, adjustable tabs at the waist, knee darts.

Good vintage condition, with several faint marks (see picture 9 for example).
